Rachael Went

Rachael is a member of St Neots Evangelical Church and is employed part-time by the BRAVE Trust. She is married to Dan and has two teenage sons. She enjoys reading, learning Spanish, singing at church and in a local community choir and drinking tea.

Jonathan Scott, Chair

Jonathan is the Pastor of Royston Evangelical Church. Before entering Christian ministry he was an accountant. His interests include model trains, planes, and boats!

Simon Rice, Trustee

Simon and his wife Anne moved from the West Country to Buntingford in 1990. They have three grown up sons. Simon has been with the BRAVE Trust since it's conception and until recently was a foundation governor at Edwinstree school. He is the Head of Health and Safety at the Wellcome Genome Campus in Cambridge. He worships within the churches of the Anglican Benefice of Buntingford, Aspenden and Westmill and in his spare time keeps bees.

Paul Brown, Treasurer

Paul joined the BRAVE Trust in 2019. He has three grown up children, is a Maths teacher and a member of Trinity Life Church, Royston. He also volunteers with GenR8, taking Christian assemblies into First and Primary schools (he's the slightly silly one!). He enjoys walking and woodwork.

Gill Stemp, Trustee and Secretary

Gill joined the BRAVE Trust as secretary in 2011 and became a Trustee a few years later. She worships at St Mary's church, Aspenden, where she is also PCC secretary. Gill is a Lay Leader of Worship in the United Benefice of Aspenden, Buntingford and Westmill. Gill's interests include walking, gardening and her allotment!

Tim Atkins

Tim arrived in Royston in 2007 from far up north and lives there with his family. His three wonderful children keep him very busy, but in his spare time he likes to play music or go for a bike ride. He joined the BRAVE Trust in 2019. Tim is a member of Royston Evangelical Church.
